Full refund is allowed for the requests made within 30 days of the invoice date. Refund requests shall be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, invoice number and product item name you wish to return in your email. Our customer service team will validate the return request and email a return address. DON'T SEND MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT EMAILING US FIRST. REFUND OR EXCHANGE MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED. Credit will be issued to your credit card between 10 and 15 business days after the returned merchandise are received by our warehouse. We accept returned merchandise only if in unused condition. refund requests will be declined for any returned merchandise worn or discolored by using. 15% restocking fee will be charged if the merchandise are not returned in the original boxes.
For lingeries, we do not allow. for hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges for wear covering intimate areas, like shorts, bras, G-strings or underwear. All sales are final except skirts or dresses.
Refunds are only applicable to returned merchandise - original shipping fees if applicable are non-refundable.
Please note that it is customer's responsibility to pay for return, via any method, to us. We will only pay for returns for defective products or if customer receives wrong merchandise. Contact us first and we will arrange for free return.
We cannot accept any CODs. We recommend the customer uses a shipping method with tracking number. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the returned merchandise.
If you choose to exchange your item, we will provide FREE outbound shipping for the new item. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. For internantional customers, you will have to pay for shipping charge for both return and replacement order, unless due to product defection or shipping error made by us.
Also, please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or however you choose to return your items.
